We packed up the campsite a hit the road early to drive to Barcelona. We drove through the Provence area to Pont Du Gard – the highest ancient Roman aqueduct in Europe where we walked around for a bit and enjoyed the sunshine and warm weather after rain in Paris! I tasted a Parisean macaroon which was delicious! We drove on through the
Pyrenees mountains into Barcelona where we arrived around 9pm and set up camp quickly before it got dark – thankfully it is light until around 10pm! We had a yummy dinner of nachos and tachos made by our great on road chef in the cook tent. We wandered down to the beach at the campsite to finish the night before heading to bed.
