20/8/2011 Zadar, Croatia to Budapest, Hungary – Contiki tour day 33

After an extra early start we set off for Hungary. We drove back through the second highest mountain range in Croatia and some really pretty country side to the 1st services stop where people were selling big rolls of cheese out of the boot of their cars (in the 40 degree heat!). We drove past lake Balaton the biggest man-made lake in Hungary and eventually arrived at the camp site in time for dinner – today was a big driving day: 12 + hours!
