3/9/2011 London, UK

We had an amazing warm sunny day to explore London. Kim and I set off from Mortimer train station and changed Lines in Reading for London Paddington. From there we walked down to Marble Arch and through St James Park and Hyde Park to Buckingham palace. From Buckingham Palace we walked down Birdcage walk to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. We walked around for views of the Thames and the London Eye then stopped for our Tesco sandwiches in Hyde Park. We walked down Downing street to Trafalgar Square then around to Picadilly Circus where we got the tube to London Bridge. We wandered along the Thames for views of Tower Bridge then caught the tube back to Paddington and the train back to Mortimer via Reading.
