We had an early start and set off for Versailles and wandered around the Chateau Versailles gardens which were massive – amazing! We also wandered around the Versailles market and streets before heading into Paris where we spent the afternoon exploring. From Verailles we were dropped off at the Arc de Triomphe where I climbed up with a few others and got panorama views of Paris – very speccy despite drizzling rain… We then walked down the Champs Elysees past the concord to the Lourve where we met the rest of the group. We then went for dinner around the Opera house and explored that area a little more. Some of the group then went to a caberet show, I walked up from the Moulinrouge to the Sacre Coure and Mont Marc for views out over Paris – was great to see it all lit up!
