26/7/2011 Nice and Antibes, France and Monaco – Contiki tour day 8

We started the day with a visit to Fraganards a French Perfumery then spent the afternoon in Nice where we went up to the top of the Chateau for an amazing view out over Nice and the turquoise water. We wandered through the market then enjoyed a paddle in the Mediterranean Sea and relaxing on the ‘rock’ beach for an hour or two. We went back to the camp site for dinner then dressed up and set off for Monaco and a night in a Monte Carlo Casino! On the way we stopped for a glass of champagne with a nice view of the Monaco Royal Palace. One of our group won 700 Euro on the pokies!
