We arrived in Igoumenitsa in Greece a few hours late and made a dash for the ferry to Corfu. When we finally made it to Corfu we went straight to the beach to enjoy the hot sunny weather (mid to late 30s). Unfortunately it was a pebble beach but we were lucky enough to have some people who were leaving just as we arrived who gave us their sun beds for the rest of the day so we made the most of that and took it in turns cooling off in the clear blue aqua water – it was amazing!
