After being stuck in traffic for a while we eventually drove through the Apennine Mountains to Pisa where we stopped to check out the Leaning Tower of Pisa before rolling through Tuscany to Florence. The countryside was amazing, lots of bright yellow sunflower fields everywhere and we were lucky to have another clear blue sunny day. We arrived in Florence and had a quick dinner and set up camp before heading out to a night club that served 3.5 litre beers with sparklers on top in the shape of a rocket with their own taps and 2 litre cocktails – all free pour and karaoke to go with it, another big night for some!
